Google Bad Review 1: Was TOTALLY unhappy with this company. Gave them plenty of time to put their errors right. Booked a Cruise for that cost nearly £7k and no extras was offered. The same cruise was offered later by another company for half the price. The Staff looking into the complaint were mediocre and wanted me to do the “research” for them. Will not be using them again. Do not use if you DONT know how the Cruise industry is run. I used them as I had not been on a cruise for over 20 years, so was expecting that they would know everything. If they did they failed to use it to MY advantage. I am sure that is not what the CEO of Trailfinders is expecting of his Staff.

Google Bad Review (2): incredible difficult to get a hold of. I had to ask five times for the answer to a simple question (what is the price change for the next possible flight). As I was in a completely different time zone, the back and forth conversation over email, asking the same question was over a three day period. I gave up on emailing and decided to ring. I was on hold for over a hour. Once I spoke to someone at the other end they were great, but it should not take 4 days total and hours on the phone to get the answer for a simple request.
