Google Bad Review 1: Really quick to view our property and measure up however they never got back to us with a quote. We followed up and were told that they had sent it via email but we didn't recieve this. They promised to send it again but said they were having issues with their emails. We followed up again a week later through their Web form and never heard back from them. Im sure they offer a fantastic service but we haven't heard a thing back from them.

Google Bad Review (2): I have taken my time to leave feed back for this company, giving them a chance to respond to my requests to come and finish areas I am not happy with, All these months later the situation remains the same, In the beginning it looked very promising , assured me by mentioning the many floors laid both private & commercial over the number of years they have been trading. I was tempted by the low estimates as compared to other quotes, and repeatedly assured this estimate would not compromise quality.
Sadly this was not the case, there were concerns during the work ,especially some methods used.
However there were many unfinished areas, alarmingly around the edges where it was uneven in some places a gap of about a quarter of an inch going into one inch, I had to get another contractor to finish.
The finish lacquering is very poor, it looks very dry. in places I have a couple of stains where something has spilled it has seeped into the wood will no come out. Looks like it could do with another couple of coats
The only good review could give is they were a cheerful and reliable during the time they sourced and fitted the floor.
The reclaimed flooring they supplied was exactly what I wanted.
Sadly I could not recommend this company due to lack of customer care and professionalism.
