Google Bad Review 1: I bought furniture from this company it was alright. But it was not worth the sheer quantity of spam text messages I have received for years since. No way to unsubscribe. I called the company. I stopped into the shop. They can't take me off the list. Is this illegal? Who knows. It's definitely infuriating.

Google Bad Review (2): Very poor level of customer service. Made steps to purchase a sofa bed as a gift for my parents – made deposit payment and requested invoice details be sent to my home address so cost was kept confidential. Invoice sent in error to my parents address with full amount listed. Only apology and compensation given was to not to charge for arms of sofa bed being removed – this charge was not originally included when order was initially placed. Appallingly handled in every respect, delay in receiving responses to emails and phone call enquiries also added to dissatisfaction. No confidence in being satisfied with end product based on such inefficient service. So much choice online and on the high street, T.R. Hayes is best avoided.
