Google Bad Review: Avoid, neither good, nor value for money and if they can wriggle out of a paid for session they appear to have no issue with that.
Our 4 year old daughter was in the Saturday morning tennis club prior to the summer.
We joined mid series and paid for 8 sessions. We only ever saw 6, before we were told it wouldn’t be running any more due to summer club starting.
One session was cancelled on the day without any communication, so turned up to not find them there. Other one due, but never attempted to offer alternative.
No refund even considered. At least one other parent had an open argument around similar. They were offered impossible/inconvenient mid week alternatives.
In addition we turned up 3 minutes after the start one week and then ended up having to argue with the coach on the day to force him to go and get a racket, as he hadn’t brought enough. It was booked and paid for, so why wouldn’t you have enough rackets ready.
The coach appeared most weeks relatively disinterested. One week it was clear he couldn’t remember our daughters name, but didn’t ask, just found ways around until we eventually called out her name to help the situation.
