Google Bad Review 1: BAD REVIEW. I always think Toni and Guy will be good because it's a well known salon and every time I have a horrible experience and wonder why I went back (only to leave it a few years and try again). The salon at Farringdon was no different and such a disappointment. When asked if I wanted a drink and I said “beer”, the unfriendly staff member simply laughed at me – actually laughed at a customer! But really, what salon doesn't offer beer and wine now and especially on a Friday night? The girl dying my hair then proceeded to hurt my head repeatedly by stabbing it with a comb and pulling, as if she was unaware there was a person at the end of it. I had a headache by the end and thought it could get worse but then came the assistant, Who was even worse. The colour technician had already washed my hair and repeatedly told the assistant I didn't need my hair washed but a conditioning treatment and massage. What did the assistant do? Started washing my hair. Did she not understand basic instructions? The colour technician then had to stop her and repeat instructions yet again. The assistant finally understood to put a treatment on but walked off without a massage to leave me sitting uncomfortably at the seat. You should never be left simply hanging over the sink and you pay for the treatment to get the massage. The stylist was the only saving grace as he was lovely, friendly and did a nice trim on my hair. However, overall, I going the salon unfriendly & simply taking money without any customer service or care. I would not recommend it.

Google Bad Review (2): Had the worst haircut ever. With chunky, uneven layers which I couldn’t notice in the beginning because of the curly styling. Very upset.
