Google Bad Review: In 2013 I rented a room in Munster Road from an estate agency. After years, one morning I heard a knock on the door, I went to open it and I found a man, Abbas, who asked me who I was and who lived in the apartment. He told me that he was the agent who managed the flat. Now, try to think, I discovered that I paid the rent for 5 years to an agency that wasn't entitled to rent it, and this man that has the agency 800 metres from the flat, never came to check it in all this time. We were 5 people living inside and all made a new contract with Abbas. Since then, there were only problems. We agreed that the cleaning lady, from the agency, had to come every 2 weeks. For 4 months I have never seen her, he said she was on holiday. After she came rarely, he said because she didn't have the keys, so, I made them for her but nothing changed. After few months we had a problem with the toilet. It was detached from the floor, so, every time we were flashing the water, part of it came outside, on the floor; it was disgusting and unhealthy. It took about 3 months to repair it, he said there was no free handyman in all London…??? A pipe broke and water came from the flat above. Check the photos, do you think that people should live in these conditions for more than a year? He is a big liar, very incompetent and completely unable to manage any property. No annual inspection of gas boiler was made, the carbon alarm wasn't working, they are required by law, and many other things. He did nothing, just tell me to leave or ask me for more money. Despite having an annual contract, after 6 months he already wanted me to pay more. I went to Shelter and even though I had his emails, he denied everything and said I told him that I wanted to pay more…Incredible!
