Google Bad Review: Originally, we really liked the club. The problem started when we requested the invoice numerous times to claim the childcare expences back. We were lied by Anne-Marie into our eyes, that she has it ready and will send it to us later on that day, but of course, this did not happen. Our text messages were ignored and not replied to. She said it is in their Terms& Conditions, which are not available on their website at the time of booking, to provide invoice within 180 days. 180 days!
If you are looking for the club, but you need an invoice to claim the cost back, stay away.
And if you pay for the hot lunch, but your child is unsure whether you paid or not and will say no to lunch, they will not even put the lunch that you paid for in front of your child!
