Google Bad Review: Ordered some tile panels from here but the wrong ones were delivered. As well as this, the SINGLE delivery driver (old geezer who seemed to be out of breath from picking it up) dropped the box at one point because he lost grip and damaged the panels. Apparently covid regulations mean he can't come into the house – yet he didn't even step foot inside, he just left the panels in front of my door (so not sure why this was used against me as the argument was he has no obligation to drop to my door). The driver then lied and said I had dropped or hit it, when in fact it was him who was struggling and dropped it.
If I wanted the original tiles I paid for, I'd have to keep these broken ones (AND PAY FOR THEM), and then receive the new tiles. Why would I need 2 different sets of tiles. In the end, I kept the broken ones and received a small compensation.
In addition, the customer service was appalling. I was waiting in the shop (AT THE TILL) 15+ minutes both times I went, waiting to be served – and not even a hello or what do you need was asked. One of the guys also does not even seem to know the prices of most items or gets the prices wrong and has to ask the store manager. The other guy told me one thing on the phone about refund policys but changed his mind once I visited the store – and did not even speak as confidently as he did on the phone.
You'd rather go to B&Q or Wickes and get treated better.
