Google Bad Review (2): First of all the salon was quite dirty and small, looking nothing like the pictures online; i decided to overlook this and walk in, prior to coming I had checked the prices online beforehand I can see that the price for root regrowth was around £50-70 which I believed was fair and similar to others in the area hence I made the long trip there. When I got there the woman (there was only two in the shop and the second one looked terribly grumpy and unhappy) the first woman instructed me to do my roots and tone it it would cost £190!!! She definitely tried to rip me off as when I mentioned that others can do it close to £100 she then immediately dropped the price to £130??! Don’t know where that £60 extra disappeared. She kept referring to her own hair and said she can’t achieve an ashy colour she can only do it like her roots which to mention by the way were bright red and orange I was horrified. I let her know that I do not want my roots bright red; she also told me that it is not possible to remove the brassy copper tone from my hair via toner which is simply not true at all and any half decent hairdresser would know that. I don’t know why I wasted half my Saturday travelling to this place and how it has any good reviews at all. I believe they’re just a bunch of scammers that don’t really know what they’re doing and had a terrible experience. Never would visit here again even for a free treatment and I don’t recommend anyone to go unless you want to waste your time.
