Google Bad Review 1: Worlds worst haircut, lost my confidence, refused to agree to a proper solution and accused me of threatening them – avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.
Completely ruined my hair – gave me a mullet-like hairstyle!!!
I went for a very simple haircut and asked for my hair to be slightly graduated so I had a few pieces hanging just below my jaw when my hair was up to lightly frame my face. I even showed a photo just to be super clear.
I didn’t realise how awful it was at first as I was given a very bouncy blow dry, but at the event I was at after – I realised just how much of my hair had been looped off and he’d even graduated my hair in the wrong direction!
I genuinely cried for days, it wouldn’t fit in a ponytail, hair clip, half up half down and I have a client facing role – I couldn’t leave the house and I still have severe anxiety going out.
I went back as they offered to fix it, and although the creative director did her best, it was so awful, it didn’t make much of a difference. She even had to correct the standard haircut as that was really wonky.
The only thing that would help give me an ounce of confidence back would be extensions – simply the cost of one client coming in for highlights and a blow dry but they refused and even verged on trying to accuse me of threatening and abusive behaviour just because I said I’d write a review if they wouldn’t fairly cover the cost. In all my emails I had mentioned how lovely the staff and service had been – which I really didn’t have to do, given that their services left me feeling genuinely agoraphobic.
I put my full trust in Tiara Organics and they have been so stubborn. I sent them a video since it had in their opinion been ‘fixed’ which showed how awful and all over the place it was. They said they were satisfied with the fringe. 1st mistake – I never asked for a fringe and so proving me right, 2nd mistake – it’s appalling and for a hairdresser to approve this cut – I’m shocked they are still in business.
If anyone wants proof I am more than happy to simply forward the email chain from them, showing the videos and photos.
