Google Bad Review 1: 0 ratings if I could especially on the weekend where the “manages” that don't even call you it has to beWorst agency ever known.
They don't care about them tenant at all.
They have me with no hot water and no heating with a very old windows that air comes in and temporary heaters that aren't strong enough. I'm so disappointed.

Google Bad Review (2): They have a poor sense of good customer service, I live in a building which has 48 flats all full of mothers they gave us one set of keys, as always people forget there keys all the time it's human nature to forget things sometimes, especially as parents we have 101 other things on out mind, also most of us where put there as we where homeless! And they don't call it an emergency to get us back in our houses! So we are ment to sleep on the street with our child for a night till they can be bothered the next day and then actually have the audacity to charge you £20 as a call out charge! Should you have to pay for a service that isn't prompt! Then they don't reply to emails and fob you off say they will call u back! Also I have been living here since December 15 and they still haven't managed to get BT to re install phone lines and Internet connection so that the parents can get wifi or a landline seriously never heard of such low standards but can charge people full rent unbelievable! And before I end you out of hours customers service advisors need to be trained more because they really have know clue what good customer service is and this is from someone who study customer service. Telling me what I need to do if I have a child one thing for them is stay professional!
