Google Bad Review: The one star is strictly for the night manager. He was amazing and very kind. He should be in charge of the hotel chain. Everything else was terrible. We thought the place was great when we arrived. Things quickly went downhill. Broken elevator (in which the manager told me it's not a big deal that I walk 6 floors with a broken foot). Had to change rooms two different nights because the air conditioners were blowing out hot air. Ended up back in the same room on the third night (which had not been cleaned) after the woman at the front desk (Chloe) decided to put us in a queen bed that you had to crawl up against the wall for. Room key stopped working, blinds didnt work. You name it, it happened. When the district manager was asked why we didnt receive a discount or refund, we were told that because they are losing so much money, they aren't doing that. What a way to keep customers.
