Google Good Review: The Woolwich College has helped me to complete my pharmacy level 2 diploma successfully during a pandemic. I enjoyed the lecture session and very much enjoyed the interaction in the virtual class.

Google Bad Review: As a previous nursing student at this college (previously called South London Academy), I strongly do not recommned this college. To begin with, I had enrolled on the nursing course in July 2017 and it was advertised (and still is being advertised) as an 18 month course, but it had taken almost 3 years for me to recieve my nursing qualification (which I have now received this past April 2020). This was justified as a non-issue by the Principal (whom I initially sent a formal complaint to) on behalf of the college, as I have still recieved the certificate in the end; completely disregarding the misleading information regarding time-scale and the fact that the delays concerning my qualification were all due to the college's effort and of no fault of my own. Furthermore, my fellow classmates still have not recieved their certificate/qualification and are unsure of when they will.
If that wasn't enough, I've had to face extremely rude staff members and was constantly ignored throughout this already stressful situation. In my opinion, this college is definitely not value for money and was very unprofessional in the way they handled everything. I really do not wish any future colleague in this field to have to go through the same stresses and disappointing experience I have had to; I was let down greatly, and for this I strongly urge anyone to take up the nursing course at any other reputable center.
Edit:
Just to clarify a few points the college has responded with:
1) The college and management were made aware of experience throughout via numerous emails and phone conversations. I even sent in evidence of my experiences with rude staff where applicable.
2) It was never communicated that students have a 3 year time frame, and this is in fact the first I'm hearing of this.
