Google Bad Review 1: Hotel is new and not ready for prime time. I should note I️ am an Ambassador level in the Marriott program, meaning I️ stay over 100 nights a year in their hotels, so I️ allegedly should be treated super well. It took four visits over four days and over an hour of my time collectively to fix a screw up about which credit card should be charged. No one ever followed up or did anything promised until I had to have a manager intervene. It was a 3 minute task when someone bothered to do it. Not even the slightest suggestion of compensating me for their incompetence and indifference which caused me to waste my time over four days. My room wasn’t cleaned the first day. The second day the bed was made but the trash was not emptied. I therefore had leftover trashed Chinese takeout in the room for a few days. Ugh. The exec lounge was always out of stock and was not restocked. There was some discrepancy on the way the rooms were described and what was available but immaterial compared to the other screwups. I️ have stayed at over a dozen London properties and will never stay here again. There are also illogical policies which led to the credit card issue in the first place but I️ could even tolerate that nonsense (why pretend to have online checkin if it is a total lie?—we are living in 2022, not 1982) if anyone had bothered to fix the issue each time they promised they would.

Google Bad Review (2): The worst stay so far. A total waste of money and time. Will never recommend this hotel, the staff is very bad and rude and does not communicate or address costumer grievances properly. Employees are not literate enough to stick to their morals
