Google Bad Review 1: I just did a sunbed, I took out the things were covering my eyes before the time was finish and I realised two of the tubes light weren't working, I come out and I told to the receptionist and she just said “thank you for telling me”, yeah but I didn't had what I paid, less than a full tanbed, she said “it doesn't change anything”. Yeah well what is all of the tubes for if even all of them isn't not working “it doesn't change anything” ???
I have a course and I coming sometime to do the wax but I'm not gonna come back, customer care nothing at all and they even steal your money. Bad really bad.

Google Bad Review (2): My husband went in for a back wax. Asked the price and was told £20. Agreed to go ahead. Treatment was worst he has ever had, very painful and no care to lessen that for him. Beautician didnt stretch the skin before removing strips. When he went to pay he was told £40. He said he had been told £20 and they basically just said sorry it is £40 because it is £30 for the back and £10 for the shoulders. He said he would never have gone through with it if he had known it was that expensive, it is way cheaper locally. He refused to pay £40 and said it was a dreadful experience and he wasnt paying £40 for it. She said you can complain about the money but dont insult my work and walked off!! Rude nasty lady and the place and service is despicable. In the end he paid £30 and left because he had to get back to work. DO NOT USE!!!
