Google Bad Review 1: Booked thru Expedia (had an issue with travel) cancelled 2 days before arrival with Expedia) hotel claimed never received cancellation thru Expedia two day before, bought time (they cancelled in their system) they (confirmed thru Expedia received written request 7-12 (three phone calls from Expedia ) plus written communication from me on the 12th… GM stated in multiple emails that room was not released by Expedia (not true according to other reservation staff and Expedia) lost 3700.00 due to dishonest GM. They sat on the reservation booked for 7-14 thru the 18th and then waited to the 18th to say I was a no show and offered to give me 325 discount toward a future reservation (basically said it was no cancellation policy so tough luck but refused to cancel
And tried to blame it on Expedia to ensure the prepaid inventory they could keep versus resell and kept me on email (we will work with you promises until after the reservation and lied about not being able to cancel) Expedia has full documentation and stated to me that the hotel would not return 3 messages by phone or by email and only after escalation said because the hotel took the payment they can’t help and report it to Amex as fraud.

Google Bad Review (2): Awful hotel who called me at midnight and again at 12:30 after I didn’t check in. I had messaged them to say I wouldn’t be until the following day and despite this, they woke me up twice trying to call. I then called the next day to confirm and the guy on reception was rude and told me “he was too busy and would call me back”.
