Google Bad Review 1: The waiting times are appalling. I went to pick up my brother in law whose appointment was meant to finish at 14.30. His appointment was delayed for 3 hours and once it was done no one attended him for another 2 hours to let him leave. We ended up leaving at 7pm.

Place is clean but not much to read while waiting.
