Google Bad Review: The worst treatment and after care possible and threatened to collect any defamation evidence if I leave my opinion online..
I have had Regenlite laser treatment and bought several after care products for over £350 just to get terrible pain and a horrible skin for weeks. I have been advised by the nurse that this treatment will work beautifully with moderate acne like mine and the appointment was booked for the next morning. It lasted 5 to 7 minutes and I paid £250.
The pictures I was showed suggested that 1 treatment is enough to clear skin with moderate acne like mine, and the £100 products I was asked to purchase were supposed to help my skin improve even more. Therefore I decided to do it. I was desperate to improve my skin and was looking for a quick fix at any price (and they knew it…). After the treatment my skin felt good for few days but then it completely broke out. I have suffered horrible pain and crazy breakouts for weeks worse than I have even had.
So I decided to email the clinic and raise a formal complaint and asked for a refund or compensation because I was obviously unhappy to pay £350 just to get more acne!!!
The answer I received from the clinic was just shocking!!! They said the following:
We advise in the Regenlite consent form you signed that: “laser treatment for my acne and associated redness is not a single treatment and to maximise my result I will need to have treatments on a 4-6/52 basis until the condition is reduced”.
This consent form also advises that: “The efficacy of the treatment with lasers varies from individual to individual and I understand that a small percentage of clients fail to respond to treatment and that I as an individual may not respond”
We do not feel that we can give you a refund based on this history, however, if you should wish to keep to a programme we would be willing to discuss some discount on your ongoing treatment.
After their complete denial and their refusal to give any compensation for the terrible results, they were expecting me to give them more money!!!
I told them that I disagree with their comments and I will leave an honest review about what had happened for me on social medias. I also said that I was not informed about the risks involved and I had less than 24 hours to consider the treatment, therefore I might start a case against the clinic.

We are sorry that you’ve taken this view. You were informed of risks and benefits of treatment and the disease status of your concern was explained to you. You had time to go away and consider the treatment and then came back to proceed with it. You have initialed each risk on your signed consent form prior to treatment, this is considered informed consent and, without prejudice, we have continued to offer you support in continuing to help with your skin disease.
We’re disappointed and feel that it’s a real shame that you need to threaten us, but as a result of your threat I want to advise you that we are taking legal advice as we must take your threat extremely seriously. We will be collecting any evidence of defamation.

You have just received a complaint from an unhappy customer! No need to use ‘scary' words.
I have tried to find an amicable arrangement with you but because you have not accepted responsibility, as an unhappy customer it is my RIGHT to leave a review and share my unhappiness about the service I had.
