Google Bad Review (2): Waited 15 min in line in the rain before being told that I needed to get out of line, go to the gift shop, buy my ticket, then get back in the end of the line. Added an extra half hour of standing bin the rain to my experience.
It's the global standard that you go into the gift shop after the tour. Not before. They should sell admission vat the door to fall in line with everyone else.
