Google Bad Review 1: I arrived at the shop as a fist time customer today in the evening, I went because they had a online offer on for first time customer visit, when I walked in there were 3 girls that were the staff, they didn’t greet me or say hi , just said WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR ! I replied wash cut and dry, she pointed me to go to another direction to another female staff who washes hair , that girl didn’t even say hello either or greet me ! I tried to make a verbal conversation, but she wasn’t interested, they did talk to one customer who they were working on, however two other women there were treated like me, very cold treatment and I felt very uncomfortable, like I was putting them out and they just wanted to go home, I don’t believe any of them 3 girls were the owners. Customer services was zero , I sat there in total silence not uttering a word there after.
Also to mention she later told me the offer for first time customer in no longer valid, she said it has to be taken down on web site , I didn’t argue I just paid and got out of there. Give your money to some one who wants it and makes a little effort and needs it , even a little smile , there are two more shops just couple minute walking distance to this one so I will try them. This only reflects my experience and I could be isolated case or they could of had a bad day. Hope this review helps, but I felt so strong about it so had to write it up my husband said.
