Google Bad Review 1: I didn't like the whole experience at this hotel. It all started upon my arrival when i asked them for an early check in at 10 am but they asked for 40 pounds. I was also shocked with the classic double room which appeared to be very small and too tight and is mainly a good fit for a small 1 kid to stay in and not for adults given the price I paid for. They have asked for money also when i asked them to extend the check out time to 1400 instead of 1200. I didnt like my stay and definitely will not come back again.

Google Bad Review (2): Booked a spa day here for a special friends birthday. Quite possibly the worst spa experience ever imagined – it is actually criminal to call it a “spa”!
The “relaxation area” was a balcony overlooking a tiny pool with around 100 screaming kids – the noise was so loud you had to shout to one another. In this “relaxation area” there was only 2 lounge beds cramped against walls and then a couple chairs floating around so everyone had to stand.
The changing rooms had the saunas in so don't be thinking you can share with a member of the opposite sex – obviously this is great if you come as a couple! Also there were kids clothes drying on the seats in the sauna room so you couldn't use them anyway.
Overall a very poor “gym spa experience” and was clearly an afterthought of the hotel – just a way they could make a few extra dollars rather than designing something that actually is a good product and gives what a spa should – relaxation!
