Google Bad Review 1: Do not come here! Used a wowcher deal to get a cheaper hair treatment/cut/blow dry. The hairdresser didn't understand that an inch off means ONE INCH, not cutting off all the hair I've spent the last year growing out. Not only that, but instead of trimming it in line with my previous graduated bob, she evens out, and in the process of then returning it to a graduated Bob took off even more hair! Didn't even use any heat protection before attempting to straighten my (now wonky bob) save your money and go to a competent hairdresser that will listen to what you want and not ruin a years worth of hair growth.

Google Bad Review (2): I have had a terrible service from this salon and the matter is still unresolved. I would not recommend them for the permanent straightener and their after service leaves much to be desired. I left the salon looking like a scarecrow (disappointing after spending nearly £300). I was left with further disappointment from the result – I believe it to be a treatment error or error in application – the one side of my hair is perfect (albeit resulting in a 12 day headache) but the other side is only half done and all I have received from Karl, is inadequate excuses even after the pictures were sent to him. It is clear they are refusing to take any responsibility and it leaves me feeling robbed and manipulated. They are very good sales people but as hairdressers my experience sadly, is that their only interest is money, not customer service and certainly not in doing a decent job.
