Google Bad Review 1: They are the worst state agent I have ever dealed with , I'm living in a mouldy flat leaking water from the ceiling which makes it very dump , I have been asking them to fix the problem for a year , nothing has been done about it , when I told them I will take you to court they have issued me with a section 21 , not the state agent to be trusted, the flat is on chiltern court 53 station road En51qz please dont come near it is very dump and you will regret the day you moved , plus your neighbour will tell you what to do , no one has lasted more than a year on this flat

Google Bad Review (2): Clearly this lot have too much business, they certainly don't need yours. How rude they are. Just one phone call to make an enquiry and they are very condescending.
How lucky I will not be dealing with them again. I am sure there must be training courses in customer services for them to learn from??
