I’ve seen it so often throughout my career as an agent Yes the QUANTITY of sales is down, (mainly because many have already moved!) but that is not typically reflected in prices, in fact I’ve (especially) noticed a upturn in flat prices in SE London – as there is less competition and a return of people needing to be close to the city…. London ‘Freehold’ still wins hands down, but a wisely sourced London ‘Leasehold’ is still better than renting!
