Google Bad Review (2): I wish I could give this place zero stars very honestly. They served me a drink with someone else's crusty contact lenses fused to the inside of the glass which frustratingly I didn't notice until after I'd finished my drink – you'll see in the video attached that they blend in quite well with the glass design. When I complained the barman offered me another drink (absolutely not!!!), and then walked off awkwardly. If I'm honest I also wouldn't have a clue on how to handle this situation either, but at the very least, offer a refund…
