Google Bad Review 1: Zero stars is a better reflection of my true scoring.
The frontline staff (Sacha and her team) whom actually give care to the children are wonderful, enthusiastic and loved by the children.
However, I had the misfortune of interacting with a member of ‘management’ who did nothing short of aggressive harassment. I was shocked at how she had the level of common sense and customer service of a lump of coal.
Seems to be on a sad power trip.
Over priced, dense, disappointing.

Google Good Review: Our experience has been extremely positive at play shelter mallorees its the only time my little boy has been happy to stay somewhere without us and has actually asked to stay later and attend. This was our son's second time attending the play scheme and the staff are always positive and have been very helpful when we have needed to contact them and in person. Our son was always happy and positive about his day and as we both work and have worked in the early years and education sector we found the activities and interaction very positive and look forward to the next scheme. It works out to just under £20 a day but thats alit better than other schemes around that are charging up to £350 pw and when the children are off its easy to spend that on swimming or pictures and lunch. A big 5 stars from us definitely reccomend.
