Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review): Louis Louca
Google Bad Review 1: Worse than useless – don't waste your time. They claim that they don't charge to diagnose problems but its a con.
I left my sons PC with them and a few hours later was told over the phone that they want £70 “for further diagnosis”.
When questioned on what diagnosis they had actually done they came back with “discharged the power supply” and “other tests”.
When I went back to collect the PC they admitted that they hadn't even opened the case!
In short a collection of opportunistic crooks that hope to prey on customers with little or no knowledge. AVOID!

Google Good Review: Rakesh has been absolutely amazing with my laptop, fixing it and being able to help me when I’m having trouble with it at home. His service is quick and reliable and I highly recommend. Thank you!
