Google Bad Review 1: The worst cleaning company I have ever seen.
The previous tenant arranged these cleaners for an exit ‘professional' clean. When we gained access the apartment was flithy. There were food scraps in the kitchen sink, dust everywhere, grim built up, the kitchen benches were sticky and many areas that clearly had not even been touched.
The exit report stated that every single room was only domesticly cleaned and required a professional clean.
After much arguing with the company by the agent, they agreed to come back for a revisit.
When they arrived they were rude, combative and unorganised.
Our landlord now has to get a new cleaner in to do an actual professional clean – which will be taken out of the previous tenant's bond. Do not use this company, especially do not use this company if you want all of your bond back.
I have no idea what was paid for them, but I can tell you whatever it was is not worth the hassle you will go through to try to get it recleaned properly.

Google Bad Review (2): If I could give negative stars, then I would.
This company is THE WORST cleaning company that I have ever used. Unfortunately, ProClean were assigned to clean the property that I moved into earlier this month of which was reported in the check-in inventory by the independent clerk as revolting. We discussed this with Dessy who is in the admin department and after much disputing, agreed to send a team to return to the property. When they returned, we were available to let them in & supervise. Not only did the team walk through the house to start with dirty trainers, their standards of cleaning and attitude towards their job is quite frankly outrageous. This cleaning team almost couldn't be bothered, and when challenged about an item being dirty, I was told to shut up & was told that it was my fault because it had already been cleaned. When I gave the blonde cleaner the broom to sweep the floor (I was also doing it too despite paying for their services) – she aggressively pushed the handle back in my face!
This same cleaner would clean the toilets and flooring with the same cloth she thought was acceptable to then clean out kitchen work surfaces. Honestly, I have moved house many times and have probably a little higher than average standards of cleaning – however this company is rude, disgusting, unprofessional and basically useless! Avoid as it will be nothing by hassle and problems!
