Google Bad Review 1: A lot of things that weren’t satisfying, it is probably the worst shellac manicure I’ve had… the lady who manages the store is a lovely person and the boy who did my pedicure is also a nice person. But being a nice person doesn’t help in this scenario. First thing was, they were rushing to get clients out in time so that they can take more in. So they rushed a lot. It was to a point that I need to say it straight away that I felt I could have probably done a better job myself. The first boy that assigned to do my manicure did such a poor job, uneven surfaces, empty edges, paint layers and layers of gel to try to hide the fact he didn’t do a good foundation layer. He kept applying another layer and asking me “good? Is this okay” but the answer was simply “no” all the time. Finally the manager lady took over, apologized and tried to fix the problem but it’s beyond fixable so she had to take the gel off from every finger and redo them. She managed to make the gel even, great job. But she was also rushing, as she kept promising more people her availabilities. Left my nails many empty edges and messy paint around the nail…. I had to ask her to tidy it up, but you just could tell she doesn’t want to and she really needed to move to the next customer waiting for her. So I had to pick up the tools MYSELF to do what I paid them for. I walked away with the funniest chunky gel nails they done for me, and I hope anyone who’s hoping to get a good manicure can read the review and avoid this store as it’s pricy and you will not get what you paid for.

In reply to the merchant’s shifting blame saying
“you do not want a cuticle cleaning or any sort of tidy up your nail bed with file, and your cuticle is really grow thick around the cuticle area. “

Response: I was not asked of this and I don’t understand how you could just decide that “do not want”. I hope it’s misunderstanding rather than strategy to shift the blame to the customer.
The whole point was I did not enjoy the fact I had to raise a request to get the standard professional service.
Do not try to blame the customer after you’ve done a poor job, that’s all and good luck.

Google Bad Review (2): I feel bad leaving a negative review as the girls working there were lovely but this was the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. Firstly, I didn't think my nails were under the UV light long enough and I must've been right because it chipped right away. It's been a week now and most of my nail polish has been chipped off. When I was getting my manicure, they didn't paint the whole nail, they kept missing the tip or sides and I had to keep asking them to paint all the edges. Whilst I was in the salon, many people were walking in for appointments and even though only two girls were working there they accepted every person. They ended up working on 5 different people at the same time so there's no way they could've done a good job. They were rushing to get everyone out.
I'm super disappointed as I have so many events to go to and I have these horrible chipped nails (which is VERY unusual for gel). It was also quite pricey.
