Google Bad Review (2): Chased me for an appointment so clearly sales is the priority.
They got the date wrong, we rearranged. I then arrived to be sat behind a grey screen and told the person seeing me was not usually in this office by the time they suggested and could I wait until about 40 minutes after our appointment time.
I was not even offered so much of a glass of water while I waited and had to sit listening to what sounded like a chaotic call centre the other side of the screen.
I have been a customer for years but this is amateur service so I will now be going elsewhere.
