Google Bad Review 1: Asked questions about Inheritance Tax. Question not answered, but general advice given which I believed was wrong and told them so. Another advisor replied restating the incorrect advice. I have confirmed this by speaking with HMRC. On another matter, they did not asnwer my question, but again gave general basic information about the subject area which is readily available by reading any of the relevant websites. They are unable to to answer when something goes beyond what you can find out easily yourself. But that doesn't stop them having a go sometimes and giving incorrect answers. Needs an overhaul.
