Google Bad Review: Doesn't answer the phone and there isn't a voicemail set up so you can leave a message. Email ignored and web form ignored for 4 days. Finally got in touch via phone and he said he was on site (he should leave an out-of-shop message if this is the case). He then told me that he was aware of my enquiry and arrogantly said he isn't interested in PC repairs, only Mac, despite the fact his website clearly states they do PC repairs. If you saw my email, why not just respond? Infuriating – he needs to learn how to run a business and have some basic customer service skills.
