Google Bad Review: Both Toni and his wife started out kind and soon became quite rude. Further they did not fulfill the verbal agreements we had. Firstly, in dropping my new puppy I was told I would receive photos and she would not yet be other dogs as she was tiny. I received only one photo after requesting it and when I picked her she was with many other dogs. After dropping her off on 5 different days I was told on the 6th that I was unreasonable in my time needs, 7.30-7.30 and that this was different than everyone else and not okay, and was given a lecture for being different!. I was berated for my work schedule and not giving him a key to my house (as if I want him in my home). To make matters worse, my puppy, had eaten something poisonous a few days before and as Toni was unhappy with me he suggested I nearly killed my dog, just to really make me feel horrible. It was a terrible thing to say. Today, when I picked her up, I was charged a full day for a half day and told by his wife she wasn't fed. This was very disappointing. I told his wife so, who just shrugged and offered no sign of regret. 20 minutes later Toni told me I should not yell at this wife. I was with a colleague and this “yelling” never happened. Toni became belligerent again and I decided to simply never bring my dog there again and hang up. Although he may seem polite on the surface, Toni and his wife over promise and under-deliver, are rude and have more than the 8 dogs they are legally allowed on their premises at any one time. I counted 12 today. Don't use them and promote their behaviour!
Please note, the below is a lie. I wanted to leave the puppy from 7.30am-7pm on certain times and asked if that was okay. I was told that was fine. I was not rude to staff. Ton is a liar and attempting to protect his brand. Also when coming, he often talked negatively about other clients….he is not an honest or kind person.
