Google Bad Review 1: I purchased the London Pass because I wanted to save time and money while visiting over a weekend. The London pass was supposed to save time but we still had to wait in lines to get tickets, even though we were led to believe that the pass would get us in and we could bypass the long lines. Also, a few attractions were advertised as “Included with pass” but we were not allowed to enter. When asking why we were not allowed in and showing our pass, no clear explanation was given. I would not recommend this pass and would instead recommend people to get their tickets online ahead of time.
