Google Bad Review 1: My mother had an operation and the nurses were not up to the standards and were not respectful with my mother and my mum does not speak English and they did not bring her an interpreter, the nurses do not know how to take blood from a vein and they hurt my mother, we will never back to this hospital ever , It's better to close the hospital than to be in disappointed service

Google Bad Review (2): Incredibly awful service. I can never get through on the phone. And my consultation was cancelled in spite of a text and a letter telling me to come in. That was over a month ago and I haven’t heard back or been able to get through to them since then!
