Google Bad Review (2): *BEWARE* THESE GUYS ARE THEIVES AND HAVE NO BUSINESS ETHICS!!!
Used this company for cleaning our kitchen showroom in Central London, the ladies were ok and very little English is spoken by most. Was going well until I used them in my private residence – BIG MISTAKE! The cowboy cleaners (Husband and wife duo) they sent were absolutely useless, my 8 year old daughter would have done a better job-and that's no over exaggeration! I asked them to clean a little more before I parted with £110 ( bearing in mind that I was initially told it would take 4-5 hours to deep clean but after 2 hours the cleaners were adamant they were done), the husband was agitated and refused. Whilst I was busy on the phone arguing with the pathetic women in the office about not being happy with the standard of cleaning, the husband /wife duo STOLE my keys and ran off!!!! I was absolutely distraught and the women in the office thought this was absolutely ok and quite amusing. My car keys, home keys, office keys, alarm fob and parents house keys were all taken by these pathetic imbeciles. In the end after almost 2 hours of franticness I had to transfer £110 for a job that was totally incomplete and my keys were thrown into the bushes by the cleaners who were in their car as they drove by. No apology, nothing for the distress they caused me and my young children who witnessed it all!
I, myself have run a well established customer based business for over 15 years and many times my customers have held payment until they were absolutely satisfied-nothing wrong with that as my company's reputation and integrity is paramount and pleasing customers is a very important factor in any business especially if you wish customers to return. This cleaning company has no moral or business ethics – the only thing they do know is how to rob you!! Do yourself a favour – stay away form these thieves and find yourself another cleaning company with better reviews. And no matter how they respond to this review of mine there is no justification – they stole my keys so wonder what else they can steal!!!
