Google Bad Review: Deeply disappointed with this service. Two mix up with dates so my cats were left without anyone feeding them on two separate days (over Christmas). Then when I returned from holiday I found that their litter tray hadn't been cleaned out for many days. Such a shame as I'd read great reviews and need a regular cat sitter.
In response to the reply from London Cat Sitting Company. Firstly, I did mention the litter tray in the review from the very beginning. No, my friend didn't take a picture when he saw the tray, he just quickly changed the litter so the poor cats were able to use the tray and then just told me about it on my return from holiday. Secondly, I am only writing this now as I've just returned from holiday and wasn't going to spend my holiday writing complaint emails. I only wanted a refund for the days you didn't provide a service, which I am entitled to. You refunded me for Xmas day but not the other day that the cats were left. Lastly, your customer service is appalling, I don't understand how this has turned into you writing abuse to me.
