Google Bad Review 1: I took my cat Bagheera to this clinic for years, I noticed certain things of my cat that were not normal… He drank too much water, he went excessively to the bathroom and he vomited a lot, I went several times to the clinic worried for my cat and their “expert advice” to me was always ” you should worry about it when he stops eating” and told me my cat was perfectly healthy… I have taken him to another clinic since, and told me that this behaviour was worrying for such a young cat and actually listened to what I had to say instead of thinking I was overreacting… They did an ultrasound, and it turns out he has severe Renal problems at the age of 5 (strange for a cat his age) but it would have been much easier to deal with if it was seen at an earlier stage.
They have told me several times in my new clinic, they cant understand that after going so many times to a vet with all these symptoms, no one even cared to do a blood analysis to see what was wrong… Now my cat has a Renal problem for the rest of his life which could have been treated at an early age to prevent this.
Whatever they answer to this comment will not make up for the fact that they continued to not care for a cat and dismiss my comments as overprotective, when in fact I was the one seeing the cat's behaviour daily, and the symptoms my cat had are worrying for any cat. The problem is also that I went to see a different vet every time I went to the clinic and told each of them Bagheera's strange actions, therefore it was not only the opinion of one of their vets, they proved to be all equally unqualified but of course they charged me a very high amount of money for all of the useless visits.
Not recommended, for a cat specialized vet, they know NOTHING!

Google Bad Review (2): Not happy with the overall service. I complained about the issues and they do not seem to care. Decided to change. My kitty had diarrhoea and the probiotics given by the med just created more diarrhoea and also vomit. When I tried to get a quick response about what was happening it seems I was not that important enough as they were too busy. Cat owners can clearly know the feeling when your cat is sick and you’re put on hold – just the way the service was handle was not what I was expecting since being with them for more than two years. Really disappointing. Reading other reviews this place seems to have changed since lockdown.
