Google Bad Review 1: I would not advise using this practice when buying/selling a house. Used them last year & they are not detail oriented, don't look out for your interest (because they are lazy) and you have to chase them for everything multiple times! Their main solicitor also has ZERO people skills and it is shocking they still employ her.

Google Bad Review (2): This practice does not even deserve 1 star. I do not advice anyone use their services. I had an appointment with the practice as I wish to undertake the writing of a will for my family. Upon arrival I was left in an empty, cold, unlit reception for 15 minutes before being led through the abandoned building and left waiting in yet another cold, unlit room for a further 15 minutes. The solicitor finally arrived, bursting in to the room, extremely unapologetic for her poor punctuality, she did not even have the decency to introduce herself therefore I do not know her name. I can only describe her as a short, middle aged, indian female with acne and glasses. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, her opening question was “who is she to you” as she pointed at my daughter and requested that she leave the room immediately. This woman completely disregarded my wishes to equally split my assets instead she was adamant that I hand over the entirety of my assets to my partner alone, advising me in her exact words to “forget about your children”. At that point I decided to terminate the meeting and take my business else where, where my wishes would be respected. No-one, let alone a solicitor, a “professional” should dictate and dominate what you should put in your will and no-one should be so disrespectful to suggest that you forget about your children…. in response to your reply to my review, if you are incompetent in record keeping also I can provide screenshot evidence of telephone calls to your business number including the times & dates I made the appointment and attended on the 23rd & 30th June 2020. Your response is an attempt to contradict my review. I find it disgusting that you chose to dispute every bad review you get by claiming you cannot find us in your database rather than apologise and improve your service.
