Google Bad Review 1: I went for consultation with Layla. I wanted to do balayage to lighter my brown hair ( natural colour, i have never coloured them before). She told me that she wasnt sure if we will achieve the colour i wanted and she wasn't sure what colour she would have been able to achieve. She also told me that my hair will be damaged. However she was in a hurry to give me a price quote of 300 pounds and to also tell me that there may be extra cost. I am certainly not going back.

Google Bad Review (2): Disappointed and sad!! Booked a blow dry today over my lunch break and opted for a senior stylist to ensure quality for my weekend away. I got seated in the chair but waited around without anyone introducing themselves or saying how long it will be. 15 minutes into my appointment time the stylist apologised, asked how I wanted my hair, then sent me for a wash. The wash and head massage was great!
Unfortunately, because my appointment started late, the style was very rushed. I have very thick hair and have had it blow dried curly from many salons using both straightener method to curl and blow drier. They've all lasted a minimum of 2 days and definitely stayed for the at least that evening.
The senior stylist at Klinik recommended using a straightener for the curls so they'd last longer, however she said she was doing it quickly so we can finish on time. My curls today fell flat before I got to the airport a couple hours later and my hair looks strange – not even wavy in a nice way. I made sure not to touch my hair or run my hands through it. I'm sad as I booked it especially for this weekend but spending almost £30 and then having to redo your hair is really disappointing and a lot of money to spend.
