Google Bad Review 1: Called about a leaking toilet and was told by the plumber that he would come the next day, or the day after. A week later he still hasn't showed up, he's blocked my phone number, and when I called him from my wife's phone he instantly hung up after realising who I was. The most unprofessional business I've ever tried to use. Beware, this is a highly unreliable company.
EDIT: In response to the owner’s reply, I feel the need to clarify a few things.
I spoke with him on Wednesday, where he said: “I might be able to do it on Thursday if I leave early from another gig, otherwise Friday.” We then spoke about how long it would take, and how much it would cost. I mentioned that I was a tenant, but that I have written permission from my landlord and if that’s not enough, I have the landlord’s number and the plumber was free to call him. I called the plumber back on Friday and was told: “I’m driving, let me call you back in a minute.” This was the last contact I had with the plumber. I called him again later that day, but the line was constantly busy. I then sent him a text, which was never answered. Whenever I called him after that, the line was always busy, which I later found out meant that he had blocked my number. Today I called him one last time. The line was still busy. I then called him from my wife’s phone right away, and he picked up immediately. I told him who was calling, and he proceeded to instantly hang up. That is when I wrote this review.
After leaving this review, the plumber unblocked my number and texted me: “After our initial chat I said that I may have availability. Since then and you calling back we had taken on other jobs hence less availability.” He freely admits that he accepted other jobs while I was waiting for him and trying to get a hold of him. Obviously, I was ignored and pushed to the side after I had explained that I have a leaking toilet that is causing water damage.
Their office has never contacted me. Except for that first phone call, I have never been contacted neither by the office, nor the plumber (until this review, that is).
None of these issues would have occurred if I had received any form of communication. But it took a 1-star review to get a hold of the plumber. A simple “I am busy” would have fixed all this, because then I could have called one of the other plumbers I had talked to. But no, I was deliberately ignored, and my number blocked. After this review he felt the need to tell me that I am deliberately seeking to destroy small businesses, even though I waited for him for a week instead of going with another plumber. He’s also calling this review fictional, and me a scam. This is why I highly suggest you avoid this company. Never have I seen such lack of professionalism. I called another plumber who sent a guy this very afternoon.
