Google Bad Review 1: I was passed this restaurant with my friend and I said let's eat something cuz I'm sturving and I ordered spaghetti carbonara ,right ….it's my fav dish and what I get was just spaghetti with egg and bacon and my friend order I can that pizza was amazing , delicious but my carbonara wasn't carbonara ….I feel bad when I told them cuz obviously the chef got mad ,but honestly tho ,if u are Italian you must know what you doing ! Anyways ,the spaghetti wasn't nice ,and I was sturving ,they did another one for me but that taste just egg ..I'm sorry I didn't take pic but ,I swear was the all egg there , carbonara you make it just with
egg yolks …not the hole egg I'm not going there again sorry .
Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review): Andrea Sottana
Google Bad Review (2): I rarely write bad reviews but I feel this time it's worth making my voice heard. I was attracted by the vast amount of positive reviews and ordered the “vegan pizza” for £8. The waitress brought me the wrong pizza, it had mushrooms and aubergines whereas it was supposed to have peppers and courgettes. When I raised this, instead of apologising, she asked with an annoyed tone “is it a big deal?”.
After I insisted that I had ordered a different pizza, they eventually remade the pizza correctly. However, when the bill came there was a surprise: a £1 service charge. Nowhere in the menu was this mentioned. In all restaurants charging for service, there is a small print at the bottom of the menu saying “an optional xx% service charge will be added to your bill”. Here there was nothing, but they still added a pound which is quite dishonest.
The pizza itself was OK but not great. When there are chains like Franco Manca that would make me a much better and tastier pizza for even less than the £9 I paid tonight, I don't really see a reason for visiting again.
