Google Bad Review 1: Elemis sent my items to the wrong address. They could not be bothered to bothered to send me replacements or at least a good will gesture. Instead I had to get my money back from my credit card company.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible experience during the pandemic. I had a voucher that I got for my birthday in Jan 2020. The spa was closed for most of the year and when the first lockdown ended, I was planning on using it over the Christmas holiday. Then we got hit with a second lockdown. On my birthday this year I suddenly remembered I had not used it, so called them to see what could be done. Apparently postponing if I had booked would be fine, but asking for an extension on the grounds that the spa has been closed for the best part of the 12 months the voucher was valid for was not – and the voucher had expired 3 days before I called. Therefore, that needed to be consulted with the manager, who would call me back. Almost 3 months later, I still have not received that call.
Absolutely appalled by the lack of empathy and flexibility during an extremely challenging year.
