Google Bad Review 1: It was my first and last experience here.
Before starting clasa the instructor stated the 90 min class would be cut short by 10mins so we could all get home earlier…this was in fact so Karen herself could get home without doubt.
During the last back stretches , having been in 35degree heat for 60mins….the instructor saw no danger in opening the large window. After stating the damage this could cause Karen ignored this and i was left having to cover my back with a sweat covered towel.The same thing was repeated upon finishing class to which anothrr student had to complain about opening this 1,5 metre window. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
I have been left unable to move this morning and a doctor has been called out.
I have been practising Bikram for over a year and NEVER have i heard such poor instruction during class nor been left in such physical pain.
For a trained instructor to do this is appaling.
The changing rooms were the dirtiest ,smallest I have seen with chewing gum stuck on one of the shower heads.

Google Bad Review (2): Unhygienic and dirty floors that smell of a terrible odour. Tiny changing rooms with no lockers to keep valuables safe. Not good parking in the area. The man on reception is unfriendly and gives off a low vibe which is off putting given this is a yoga studio. I found it difficult to get through Karen’s class as I just found her energy so hyper stressful and her voice was just unpleasant to listen too. I left feeling stressed when I was in a good place before I arrived. I tried another teachers class another time I think it was Alex and it was very mediocre. I cannot say I would recommend this studio. Go elsewhere!
