Google Bad Review 1: I called on Monday 1st of August to book an appointment for Monday 15th. They booked me in for a video call consultation on Tuesday 2nd with a senior stylist, it was a brief call where I tried to describe what I wanted and sent a picture for visual reference. I was told by both the senior stylist and front of house that I'd get a call back. It gets to Friday 5th and still no call back, so I call the business and speak to the receptionist who tells me she'll message the senior stylist and then they'll contact me back. Its now Thursday 11th and still no call back, so I've come to the conclusion either The Hair Lounge Greenwich doesn't like money or doesn't like me.

Google Bad Review (2): I Originally checked the reviews before my visit to the Hair Lounge Greenwich, after i believed their good ratings and feedback.
Unfortunately this wasn't the case, and I had a really bad experience.
I paid via website for my balayage top+ cut £110 and she asked me if i would like toner which i went ahead with and paid an additional £67 extra.
I asked for Ash blond, but the colour i got didn't make any difference and actually made my hair appear an orange colour, with visible lines. The balayage was uneven and looked terrible. The face framing was unven one side thicker than the other, and my natural hairs should have been mixed nicely with balayage. Also therefore my grey are still now visable.
There was also no management checking on the quality of my colour treatment. Normally at bigger professional saloons there is a level of quality control, with managers walking around checking.
Really unhappy with how my hair was done here at the hair lounge, and i have now had to book again with my old hairdresser (who wasnt available at the time) to fix what they have done. I have attached some pictures so you can see how it has clearly not been done properly as ash blond.
Also shown the difference between ash blond and the orange colour they do this as.
So upset, this has been such a waste of money, time and they have damaged my hair. I will show my corrected hair after i have gone to my other hairdresser to fix what they have done.
