Google Bad Review 1: It is a waste of time and money. I signed up for this course on December, it was a £2000 investment for the on line distance learning. I was promised a tutor and guidance. I didn’t get one until months later. At this point they were providing an intensive face to face course, and since I had been very vocal about my discontent on their lack of guidance and support was able to go to the course on their home base at a DW gym. The manuals we had to use, were not given to us, we had to print them. That’s another £100. These manuals were a 2010 version, and We were being thought from a 2014 version which was closer to the content that we were expected to learn to then pass the Active IQ tests. All my classmates were extremely dissatisfied like me but chose not to tell them about it. After having finished the course, I learnt that I would have to pay an extra £500 to have my business course that it would have been the manager of the gym i initially wanted to work at (the Gym Box at Bank) explaining to me in a day how to “get clients”. Before this happened when I contacted the Gymbox manager, she told me that the rent of the gym had increased to £1200 per month and that there were too many PTs already working there. At this point I felt my education needed further improvement, because I didn’t feel that what I got from the Gym Academy was good enough to truly be a beacon of knowledge and guidance to my future possible clients. And I had to make the tough decision between being tied to a £1200 rent per month to the Gymbox where I didn’t know if I would get any clients for a certain period of time and start “working”, or being true to myself and decide to invest another large amount of money on a proper education that would make me feel confident in that I would be an A class Personal Trainer. I chose the later, re-did my level 3 certification with a proper institution (Premier Global NASM) where they provided me with all the latest 2018 version of the manuals and further manuals that I didn’t even get access to with the Gym Academy. I am now a level 4 certified Personal Trainer that ended up investing £5000 into my education.

Google Bad Review (2): Level 4 advanced personal training programme where they claim to have an online platform to study on but they don't, being delayed a week on receiving the code activation to access online and nothing happened. After several calls with a very poor customer service keeping delaying the talking for fixing the problem.
