The 45 minute classes will be your perfect antidote to the stressful, busy London lifestyle and we are so pleased to be able to bring these 2 concepts to our offering at The Fore. The educational classes will leave you with the tools to use the power of breath to calm and relieve stress ♀️ Abbi is available for 1-2-1 Breathwork Sessions now, with group Breathwork and Meditation Classes coming next month! If you have any further questions about how the classes will be structured and what they involve make sure to have a chat to Abbi who will be around at the studio on our front desk!
