Google Bad Review 1: Had a very unbelievable and heartbreaking customer experience by the manager Kellie this today.
Before even greeting me, I was profiled and approached aggressively by Kellie. I said hello but she ignored me and then when I questioned this she said I can contact customer services. I went in there for a hope of an exchange due to a damaged box from water and she was far from in the spirit of Christmas. When a another member of my shopping party questioned her tone further she said she will call security.
For a long time I haven’t felt worried about being a black woman shopping but with Kellie she didn’t have to tell me directly she just displayed it through her extremely bad manners and poor empathy.
Please train her or dismiss her.
