Google Bad Review: I made a booking online which asked for a credit/debit card details in order to secure a room booking with instructions to pay full amount once checked in which I had no problems doing, within half an hour I had a phone call from a man shouting at me demanding my credit card details saying my card had declined which I asked who he was and told him my confirmation email had instructed to pay full at check in and he shouldn’t have tried to take payment without my permission or presence. He went on shouting and aggressively demanding my bank details which I refused due to being on a public coach and his approach which is very unprofessional and he hadn’t even told me who he was no name or position to the hotel so I told him he was rude aggressive and very unprofessional and I will be cancelling my 2 night booking due to his intimidating behaviour. As a woman looking for a place to lay your head at night I suggest not booking with this hotel, some times being cheap isn’t worth it and the rooms are small and musky!
