Google Bad Review 1: Showed up late to exhibition, which I had bought tickets for. They told me they would have loved to let me in but there just wasn't any space… Unless I spent another £90 on a membership, in which case there is *magically* space available.
Refused to give a refund also.
Just terrible customer service really, and rude/dismissive.
Plenty of other good exhibitions/galleries in London. I suggest you all look elsewhere.
